Returns Policy

We have a very high standard of quality checking and ensure that all items leave our premises in 100% good condition and fit for purpose. Should you receive an item and it is damaged or you simply have just changed your mind, then you have 7 working days to return your purchase. You MUST contact us via email to contact@jewelmansion.com advising the following:

- Your order number (please put this in the email subject box for quick reference)

- Your name

- The reason for returning the item

- Your preference, exchange or refund.


For health and safety reasons and in the interest of hygiene, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.  If faulty they must be returned in their original packaging.


Returns Policy UK

* You MUST contact us for return approval prior to returning your item email to contact@jewelmansion.com  and advise us within 7 days.

* Our aim is to please so we offer a no quibble refund if you change your mind or you no longer require an item. A full refund is given excluding postage for despatch or return of an item.

* The item MUST be in its original packaging, unworn or used, in a brand new state.       

* Any refunds due will be made within 7 working days from receipt of the returned goods.                    

 * For damaged items please follow the same process, however, the postage will be JewelMansion’s responsibility and will be refunded to the customer.  Postage amount refunded will be the same as the original postage cost unless JewelMansions requests otherwise.

* The cost of returning goods will be the responsibility of the customer. Returns are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us.

* Please return using FedEx or a tracked method as we are unable to accept responsibility for returned goods that cannot be tracked.

* If the goods are faulty, the cost of returning will be the responsibility of JewelMansion.and will be refunded to the customer.

* Please note that any duties or taxes paid by the customer are non refundable.

* Any refunds due will be made to the customer within 7 working days from receipt of the returned goods.

 

We understand that sometimes a customer just changes their mind after placing an order, just let us know and we will take care of this and do the rest.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days from receipt of good.
